What is your favorite thing this season?

There is the obvious, nice weather, green grass, cleaning up, the flowers, the leaves, etc. What about the garage sales? They have started to spring up all over town. Yesturday the girls and I hit our first one!! They found cute little bottles of nail polish and I found this lovely L. It is just an L. To many of my friends and family I am just Lenee. So, you can see why I had to have it. Plus is looks so cute in the one last clutter free spot in my scrap area! Not sure how level it is Dad and Diana, and it is a bit too far to the right, but it looks cute.

Good times look who is nine...

Last night Julia and four friends and us went out to dinner for her ninth birthday. Yes, Julia Bulia will be nine on April 25. The whole group was good. They are all really really close.














As you can see they are all also very camera shy!!!











Yes even the mother gets to eat cake!

Its raining its pouring the old man is snoring,

He went to bed and bumped his head and woke up like this this morning!!!!
Me and my big ideas. Lets BBQ on Sunday, YEAH, did I not hear about the impending Nor'easter? I was asking my self that all day.

Happy Easter Monday

Hope this finds you all well and in the spring mode. We returned from my parents house yesturday. My Dad is recovering nicely from his hip replacement surgery. My Mom is also doing great. She has been by his side through out the whole thing. My sister and her family have also been awesome through the whole thing as well.

On Easter morning we had snow. My sister had the egg hunt because the bunny decided that her lawn was the best place for it, not in the house NO, but right out in the front yard. No one seemed to mind.

Mother Daughter Weekend at Rocking Horse Ranch.

This was a first for both Julia and myself. We have been part of the Girl Scout scene since she was in kindergarten as a Daisy. For the last three years she has been a Brownie. This was the first year we went to Rocking Horse Ranch for a Mother Daughter weekend. We had a very good time with friends.
