Weekend getaway....

The kids and I made the trip up home to Mom and Dad's this weekend. It was Cole's Birthday Party and we were able to see Grandma. There were some definite signs of Fall.

We had our photo shoot with Tara Whitney!!!!

Hello everyone. Yes that is Tara Whitney holding Jayne's hand after she photographed the kids on the trampoline. She was in my house HEE HEE!!! The kids were relaxed and where definitely themselves. David even got into it a little bit. He talked about it all day after she was gone. We all had a good time and can not wait to see how our photos will come out. Check out her blog here. They're back!!

To school that is. James off to seventh and Julia off to fourth grade.













Only two left at the bus stop.
Julia has the same teacher that James had when he was in fourth. We were very happy with that news. So we are off and running. Here's to a good year, Hip, hip hurray! :)

Jayne's first day of Pre-school

Well, Jayne was up and ready to go to Preschool this morning. She was being very brave. She looks so grown up. Julia was there to cheer her on. She has a new teacher and a new room this year. It is her last year before going to Kindergarten next year. In the class room she was greeted by her friends Daniel, and Luke. We found her name and crayons. Snack was going to start. She was a little sad when we had to leave but we know that she will have fun.

Tomorrow James begins his adventure as a seventh grader and Julia as a fourth grader.. See you then. Have a good day.
